Cockatoo Bar in the O-Top shopping area Phuket. It seems funny as have been coming here for years to this place but don't trust it. Two of the staff have very bad manners. Recently I had a number of beers and Cocktails for my Partner whom went home earlier but I stayed on. When it came time to pay the bill, I paid 2000 THB as they say our bill was 1900 THB. The next day i was confronted with a staged photo saying i only paid 1260?? I just wanted to have fun looking for no problems? i paid the variance that they stated and we decided to let it go. I was upset as they had tricked me again as not the 1st time. and there was nothing we could do. So many times at this Bar you have to check the count of drinks as Staff do add extras and unless challenged they they get away with it. I asked to see video footage , which was above me , but owner declined ???? If you’re looking for a place to have fun in this area I would clearly avoid this one to save any drama.
