On my check in date 1 got the room at 5pm (check in time 3pm) I come to check in around 3.45pm. The Myanmar staff (couldn't speak English or even Thai) informed I need to wait unable to check in because previous guest not check out and she/he not in room and couldn't told what time i can get the room. I told her I want to talk with owner however she couldn't contact owner. Staff need to go owner house and then she come back and removed all guest stuff out. Then she started cleaning I get the room at 5pm. On the check out day I went out for breakfast and come back the resort around 12pm I found that all my stuff at the lobby and the lady cleaned room almost done which means she started cleaning before 12pm but the check out time is 12pm. I ask ner why you do like this she said the owner told her because have guest check in. She called to the owner the said staff did. No one responsible I pay full amount. I got the room late and she go to inside my room before check out time. But why previous guest she not do like this. She waiting until I come for check in. But for me she did everything before check outtime. This is unexpectable ldidn't got any discount or compensate only the word sorry but no any action. Service need to be improved a lot, no one at reception difficult to communicate. Also need someone can communicate with guest more than the word "I don't know" Service: 1
