I enjoyed the syrniki and buckwheat porridge. The honey cake was just okay. However, some of the prices felt unreasonable. A cappuccino costs 150 baht, which is far more expensive than at other places like Flo, To Be Sweet, and many others. The guacamole was also disappointing: 110 baht for a very small scoop that wasn’t particularly tasty.

Thank you for your feedback. We work exclusively with specialty coffee beans, so comparing them with the beans used in the cafés you mentioned is not quite accurate, as our sourcing costs and product quality differ significantly.

The Basque cheesecake was absolutely amazing — rich, creamy, and incredibly smooth. You can really tell that high-quality ingredients are used, and it tasted like it was made with premium Philadelphia cream cheese. The Americano was excellent as well. It was served hot and had a great flavor. As it cooled down, more of its pleasant acidity came through, making the coffee even more interesting and enjoyable. Everything was delicious. I had an amazing experience at Coffee Collective Samui! The ambiance is cozy and inviting, with a beautifully designed space that makes you feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The coffee was exceptional—rich, smooth, and perfectly brewed, with a beautiful latte art that was almost too pretty to drink! Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Samui looking for a great coffee and a relaxing vibe.
