I had a horrific experience at Coffee Connexion Samui. I arrived after a bad accident, falling down 20 stairs. I came straight from a local clinic after receiving an injection for severe pain. Because of my physical condition, I asked the host for basic help with my luggage. He sent his 71-year-old father to help, which I was very grateful for. However, shortly after, when I asked a simple, standard question about the Wi-Fi, the host's attitude became incredibly hostile and abusive. He sent me mocking, condescending messages, writing: "Or you need 71 year old man to type in your phone???" and told me to "Just have some personal agency in life." As a woman traveling solo with a fresh injury, his aggressive and unpredictable behavior completely terrified me. I felt extremely vulnerable and unsafe in a place I had paid for. I was so intimidated that I was afraid to contact him again for even the most basic necessities, like asking for an extra roll of toilet paper or a later check-out to rest. There is no on-site staff here, so you are completely at the mercy of this rude, unempathetic host. Day after, he suddenly bothered to apologize, but it was clearly only because he was afraid of receiving a bad review. It was too little, too late. No guest should ever be treated with such cruelty and disrespect. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Service: 1

We had a fantastic experience at Coffee Connextions Cafe & Rooms! We ordered the Protein Bowl and the Open Sandwich with bacon and egg – both were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was relaxed and the service was friendly and attentive. Just a small note: VAT and service charge are not included in the menu prices, so keep that in mind. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely come back! Service: 5

Wow. Fantastic all round. Not a negative thing to say about this place. It’s a visit you must have if you’re in fisherman’s village. 10/10
