The atmosphere was okay. Clean and spacious. The quality of the beans was good, and I liked the flat white in a glass. However, when a barista serves a hot coffee in a glass, temperature is something that should be taken care of a little more. In this sense, the barista seemed a bit underskilled. Drinkable temperature can be known in some ways, and one of them could be from the sound that a steamer makes. When it starts making louder noises, like the noise when a blender is in stuck, this means the temperature of the steamed milk is getting hot to drink. I could hear the noise, waiting in front of the bar, and the barista was still steaming more. It would be helpful for baristas to make each drink and try them as a customer, checking some factors that may customer feel inconvenient. When you go to Melbourne, please try a flat white. At the moment it comes out, you will have the glass in your hand with the moderate temperature, ready to drink, and you will know what I mean.
