This coffeeshop is a perfect example of how customers slowly lose trust in a business when quality and respect disappear. The standards had already been declining under the previous owner, but after the second owner took over, the overall experience became even worse. Food prices increased, drinks became underfilled, staff attitude remained rude, and the atmosphere now feels cold and unwelcoming. The issue is not just about higher prices, it is the feeling that customers are no longer valued at all. People work hard for their money and expect decent portions, basic courtesy, and a comfortable environment. Unfortunately, this place now struggles to provide even those basic expectations while continuing to charge more than ever. On top of that, the closing hours feel inconsistent and unpredictable, sometimes closing around 10pm or 11pm, and at times even earlier without much consistency, making the experience even more frustrating for regular customers. It is disappointing to see a place that many people once supported slowly become known for poor service, high prices, poor consistency, and a lack of care for customer experience. Avoid this coffeeshop. Ordered ice kopi siew dai, and the staff just filled it with 1/4 kopi from the ready made jug and barely 3/4 ice. Drink was not even full. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the 2nd time I encountered the same issue. My young daughter n me bought economy rice and was pacing up n down the whole coffee shop looking for a seat while holding on to our food for a good 10mins . I understand is dinner time hence its crowded. What I cannot accept is there was 2 small tables outside with reserve stand by the zichar stall(red lantern seafood) n they deliberately removed away the chairs so no one can sit. This is not based on my own assumption. A group of 3 ladies came n wanted to order food and the zichar staff reassure them not to worry about seats. They pointed out the small table and told them they will get them the chairs. I even asked help from the economy rice stall to ask if I can have the small table seat but the zichar staff ignored him by pretending to be very busy . It was only after 2 elderly saw us walking around that they offered their seats to us by finishing up their food faster. The last when same issue happened, I confronted the zichar staff and she even challenged me to complain to the coffee shop or her boss. This super short lady from the zichar stall is very rude. I have since stop patronising from their stall since then. Today, the same thing happened again. Why are they "allow" to "reserve" all the tables outside from small to medium to big when they don't even have the actual reservation taken but just *chope* by placing the reserve sign n by removing chairs away from the table?? Don't diners have a choice of food n free seat????? Really spoiled my whole dinner Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
