The food was great. However, disappointedly the male staff is super rude. I almost thought I had broken into his private space. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100–150

Coffee was good. Nice balance, delightful. Just mixed feelings about the service. While the service was friendly, reception from the barista felt like he was almost sick and tired of having to make another coffee. That said, I did leave with more than having a drink , I bought back some beans. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: HK$100–150 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I recently had a disappointing experience at this café when a blonde male staff member spoke to me in an unreasonably rude and aggressive manner over a simple takeaway order. I shared my experience honestly on OpenRice, only to receive a suspiciously personal reply from another user defending the staff’s behaviour. The tone felt targeted, raising concerns that the commenter might actually be the same staff member responding under a fake account. This is highly unprofessional and reflects poorly on the café’s service standards. I hope the management will investigate and take this matter seriously.
