Terrible service. Served us drinks with paper cups (other customers using ceramic ones)saying becoz they closed at 6, but it was only 4:10pm when we ordered. When we asked why, they said it's company policy, and that they would even ask customer to leave at 5:45pm while closing time is at 6. We ordered 3 pastry sets with QR code b4 we knew they would be served in paper cups, , then a waiter came and said the sandwich we picked was sold out, so we chose another, also sold out, we made a 3rd attempt, still a big flat NO, not available. We said it's ridiculous, the manager retorted that they had very good business so it happens, we got fed up and asked to cancel the drink since no pastries we want were available, he said sure and snatched the menu away. No apologies. We commented on giving us takeaway paper cups while charging eat-in price, he said they don't have service charge, and said we could go pour ourselves a glass of water from the side since it's self service.
