I’ve visited this place a few times before, and my previous experiences were generally good. However, this time I decided to try their breakfast toast set, and I was extremely disappointed. The toast was neither crispy nor warm. It was soft, soggy, and very difficult to eat. On top of that, the drink was far too sweet. I hope they can improve the quality and consistency of their breakfast Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

I really appreciate that the drinks are always filled to the brim, it definitely feels like great value for money That said, almost every time I buy one, it spills and makes a mess because it’s so full. The cups also get really hot to hold. Would love to see thicker cups or sleeves provided I genuinely love the drinks here, but this has honestly made the experience a little daunting Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I placed an order at Coffeeman this morning but couldn’t collect it as I was rushing upstairs. I messaged their Instagram page, and they kindly told me I could still claim it later and even prepared a fresh set for me. The staff were incredibly calm, friendly, and understanding throughout the whole experience. Excellent customer service and a thoughtful gesture that I truly appreciate. Thank you so much!
