Very disappointing and misleading experience at Coffeeman. We visited this place after lunch specifically because my girlfriend is allergic to dairy products and wanted an oat milk coffee. The self-order kiosk clearly showed “Oat Milk” as an available option, so we placed the order and paid $5.90. Only after payment, the staff called us and informed us that they had stopped serving oat milk “long back.” If that’s the case, why is the option still available in the ordering system? This is not just poor management — for people with allergies or dietary restrictions, this can become a serious health issue. When we requested a cancellation and refund since the product we ordered was unavailable, the staff refused both. Instead, we were pressured to choose a dairy-based drink even after explaining the allergy concern. That is completely unacceptable customer handling. We then tried to select another drink by paying the price difference ourselves, but were told top-ups were “not allowed.” Finally, we had to settle for a cheaper drink, and even the remaining 50 cents was refused as a refund. End result: Paid for something unavailable Forced to compromise on dietary restrictions No cancellation No refund No flexibility from staff The caramel latte tasted fine, but that is not the point. Customer service, transparency, and basic accountability matter more. If your menu items are unavailable, update your kiosk immediately. Don’t make customers pay first and argue later. People with allergies should seriously reconsider ordering here unless they are absolutely sure the ingredients are actually available. Food: 1 Service: 1

Oh man.. got an iced yuan yang for a start and imo it was so so bad. Not sure if it's a skill issue with the staff on Sunday or just bad coffee grounds. Honestly gave up and got a teh ping instead. Sad to say.. it was equally bad. Ended just throwing both drinks away. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Taking 10 minutes to make a local coffee on a weekday morning is way too long and there was only orders Infront of me. Which are sandwich, Milo, kopi c kosong and of which the food and drinks are being made by different staff. In addition to my response after what the owner replied. There were only 4 orders before me I can understand if there are multiple orders and many drinks per order. But 1 staff is standing around unsure what to do (probably is new staff). The other staff who is preparing drinks was switching on the Air-conditioning from the 3rd order to my order. In particular this staff came in later so I'm not sure why the staffs that came in earlier can't do that. And there are many chit chatting in between orders. Not to mention there was another customer standing right Infront of the staff and he got totally ignored. Is this really alot of orders coming in or are the staffs not properly trained?
