I visited Coffeesmith at Incheon Airport today at approximately 5:00 PM and had a very disappointing experience. As a vegetarian, I often have limited food options when traveling, so I was pleased to see nachos listed on the menu. However, when I tried to order them, the young woman serving me informed me they were sold out. Unfortunately, she was wearing a mask and speaking with an accent, so I initially struggled to understand what she was saying. Rather than trying to clarify, she appeared to become increasingly irritated and impatient because I did not understand her the first time. Once I realized the nachos were unavailable, I politely asked whether there was anything else on the menu that I could eat as a vegetarian. Her response was simply, "There is no food," delivered in a dismissive and rude manner, with no attempt to offer alternatives or assist me further. I understand that language barriers can occur in an international airport, and I have no issue with that. What was upsetting was the lack of patience, professionalism, and basic courtesy. Incheon Airport welcomes travelers from all over the world, many of whom may not immediately understand staff due to accents, masks, background noise, or language differences. Customer service staff should be prepared to communicate clearly and respectfully in these situations. I hope management reviews this incident and provides additional customer service training. A little patience and kindness would have made a significant difference to my experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great for study/work. Building has an elevator, even to the second floor of the shop if you have a luggage. Plenty of space, good wifi, smoking area, closes late. Price per person: ₩1–10,000
