The staff’s attitude was shockingly poor—both the man who seemed to be the manager and the young female staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. The entire management system was a complete mess. Why do customers have to wait in one line just for a staff member to write the order down on paper, even when they are already ready to order? Then, after that, they have to wait again just to bring that paper to the counter and place the actual order. It makes absolutely no sense. When I politely asked if I could order directly at the counter since I was already ready, the staff rudely told me to go back and stand in the “paper queue” instead—despite the fact that the counter was completely empty with no customers waiting. On top of that, everyone in the shop looked tense and unfriendly, as if customers were an inconvenience. The whole experience was unpleasant, frustrating, and honestly embarrassing for a place inside Central Group. It reflects badly on the brand, and management should seriously come down and take a look at what is happening here
