Giving the place a star because the ice cream was good. The staff is so unknowledgable it was actually a pain to order 3 items. It took over 10 minutes to actually pay just this. I wanted to use a The 1 voicher that reduces the price by 50bhat, it was a code to scan so should’ve been pretty straight forward. The cashier had to video call someone to ask what to do and that still took ages. It took an additional 15 minutes to get our last item, the strawberry cheesecake milkshake. 4 staff and the service ia terribly slow and unfriendly.

Extremely poor service, waited 15 minutes for a milkshake, 4 staff and not one knew what they were doing. Used a grab voucher (and paid for it on grab) - before I done this I asked if she accepted it, she said yes, then once I paid she said they don't.

Best ice cream I've ever had, you can add toppings that taste absolutely delicious, and they make it on a cold stone. Been here 3/4 days I have been on holiday for!
