My first time at Comfy cafe but I've driven past many times well I wished I had stopped before now ! This place is where you can go to chill with coffee or a cold drink and have a bite to eat. My wife and I were both hungry ( when isn't a Thai lady hungry ) so let's do this - parking was easy enough and entering the nicely chilled cafe was already a pleasant experience. We were met and greeted by a smiling staff member who took our drinks order and left us to browse the menu - ( a real surprise as in Thailand we are often crowded by the waitress standing over us waiting to write down the order ) it's really nice to be able to read the menu without that feeling of "Hurry hurry what do you want" Ok - the order: Club sandwich - really well presented and very tasty! The mayo is sweet for a foreigner like me but no complaints Salmon with rice - again very well presented and a good size portion - I'm told it was very good. Chicken wings - again it looked well thought out and was very nice plate of food. Spinach with cheese - this took a while to arrive and I had hoped they had forgotten as I was already full ! Alas they did not forget but I must say it was very yummy All the food came to the table nice and hot - another gift we don't see in many places. The drinks- Lemon soda for my wife - not much to say about that really Mixed Berry Frappe - excellent and it had real fruit in it - you heard me ! Real fruit, sooooo yummy Well to sum up I will say this place is a gem that I've missed out on for a long time but I will certainly be popping in on a few occasions. Oh there is a pleasant garden area if you prefer no Aircon ( why ) Anyway those of you that have not been here - give it a go eh Note: there is a Comfy cafe coffee shop at Tiger golf that I have used a few times - great coffee See you soon Comfy gang Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
