Found a bead in the fish and chips I ordered for my kids. It was melted and the hole of the beads were melted off. When i showed it to their staff, instead of an apology they shrugged off denying its their fault. There's no way to proof it as no one eats and film at the same time. Not the first time for us but will be the last I patronise this outlet. Eat with your eye open wide. Its the strong denial from the staff that was disgusting. WE wanted lunch and can afford a 9.90 meal, if you think I'm here to ask for a refund too bad, as there wasn't a single word from me that I ask for a refund. Your chefs or cooks should take responsibility for the food they prepare. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

A great place to have nice beef burger and BBQ pork ribs at reasonable price. Good happy hour price all day long for hoegarden and Beck beer. Had an enjoyable and tasty dinner here. Located at a coffee shop near to beo crescent food centre. Will be back for more good food here! Definitely it's Value for money. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered carbonara, the first bite was decent, then I realized the pasta swimming in oil. The staff didn't seem very apologetic. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Lunch
