Celebrated a family birthday at Congress Plus today and had a great experience. We requested a window seat when booking, and the restaurant thoughtfully arranged it — really appreciated. The food was delicious with a wide variety, but what stood out most was the excellent service. The staff were very polite and attentive. Special thanks to Carina Yu for surprising us with a birthday cake and helping take photos — such a thoughtful touch. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back!
