The place decide to close early at 3:30pm and insist we leave even though the sign mentioned 4pm (I check as I was exiting). And no one informed me this when I placed my order at 2pm+. There’s an older Chinese lady who wore a cap that is quite rude that “kept repeating do you understand me” until I acknowledge by saying “okay” to the early closure. When I asked a male counter guy for her name, instead of finding out the reason I wasn’t happy, he insisted on knowing why I needed her name and why I wanted to leave a Google review. As I walk towards the exit, the male staff loudly announced to his colleagues that I wanted the name for a Google review. If you want to bad mouth a customer, shouldn’t you do it privately? And aren’t all service staff required to wear a name badge? Bad service recovery and bad dining experience. Hope they have training for their staff on basic service level.
