We were lucky to book cooking with Tip and had the most wonderful Thai cooking and cultural experience. Learning started at the local market where we learned what/how to purchase vegetables and herbs. After learning about some new-to-us ingredients, Tip arranged for a tuktuk to bring us to her cooking class shop which is also her pad thai restaurant when class isn't in session (market purchases and tuktuk cost included in the class fee). The tuktuk ride was about 5 minutes and we arrived welcomed with snacks, tea, and water. You get to choose your menu from a wide selection of options: we chose papaya salad, Panang curry, and Tom Yum soup. We cooked under the instruction and guidance of Tip - it was a great balance of having things prepared for us to use but still feeling very much a part of the cooking and prep process so we can more easily replicate it at home. We got to eat each dish as soon as it finished and Tip provided rice for the curry and takeout containers for the leftovers. Overall, we learned alot, enjoyed some delicious food, and left with an even deeper appreciation for Thai people and food. Cannot recommend Tip enough - she is so kind, welcoming, generous and good at what she does! Will definitely be stopping by to see Tip next time we're in Phitsanulok - special shout out to Annie who was helping out for our class and is just a ray of sunshine. 10/10 cannot miss if you're in Phitsanulok and looking for an enjoyable experience with substance.

I can highly recommend cooking lessons with Tip, it was great! Tip taught me a lot, and all in a relaxed atmosphere with an individual approach. I recommend it to anyone who really wants to learn Thai cooking and then be able to cook at home. It is possible to tailor the course to your needs, which is a huge plus. Thank you very much for a wonderful time and tones of great food

Such a wonder experience and SO MUCH FOOD! Come with an appetite. We made very delicious Curry, pad Thai, soup and spring rolls. We will always remember this cooking class. TIP is a great teacher, very organized and the set up is very clean and tidy.
