I was genuinely looking forward to visiting Cooks & Brew after hearing about its beautiful location on Level 33 of The Westin Singapore. I thought it would be a relaxing place to enjoy the view and spend a quiet evening. Although I was seated at one of the two-seater tables along the walkway instead of the window, I completely understood as the window seats were occupied. The server who attended to me was polite, so I had no issue with the seating arrangement. What left me slightly disappointed was the overall attentiveness of the service. I ordered the Fish & Chips, but no one asked whether I would like additional condiments which is something I have been offered almost everywhere else when ordering the same dish. It may seem like a small detail, but little touches like this do make a difference to the dining experience. There was also some confusion with my peppermint tea. I was initially served a cup, followed later by a teapot. After finishing the pot, no one came by to offer a refill of hot water or check whether everything was alright. The food itself was decent, but not particularly memorable. Overall, while the restaurant enjoys a lovely location within The Westin, I felt the service could be more attentive and thoughtful to match the reputation. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Had a wonderful experience at Cook & Brew at The Westin Singapore. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish served fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The ambience was cozy yet elegant, with stunning views that made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the visit. They made us feel welcomed and ensured everything was perfect from start to finish. Great food, relaxing atmosphere, and outstanding hospitality — definitely a place worth visiting again!
