Ambiance is good. however it would be better if they play more soothing music in softer volume. Most importantly i would like to feedback that the lady in black blazer who served my table last thursday. when she served me for the first time, she notified me that there is a minimum spend of $25. I was fine with that. Nevertheless she came to me table an hour plus later to remind us to spend minimum of $25 again. The other table beside us with 2 pax came in slight later then us only order couple of ice tea which cost less then $25. My table ordered total of 3 items which $31 (2 cold brew and 1 pot of ginger tea). obviously is more then $25. I was rather annoyed and irritated, hence I ordered a pizza for the sake of having peaceful time with no more disturbance. I would advise cook and tras social library to give staff necessary moral training to have more respect to customers, regardless where the customers came from. especially six sense hotel is a 5 stars hotel. I expect better service then this.
