I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Cook with Pool in Chak Don, Klaeng, Rayong. It’s genuinely been one of the highlights of my time in Thailand. We cooked four dishes—Pad Krapow, green curry, cashew chicken, and pad Thai—and also learned a couple of simple garnish sauces that really elevated everything. As a keen cook, I found it incredibly educational. The hands-on guidance made a huge difference, and the results were far beyond what I could have achieved just following a recipe on my own. A big thank you to Pook and Tim for such a warm, enjoyable, and inspiring class. Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
