We visited Cookies Quartet to get their famous flavored palmiers. While the store environment was pleasant and the staff was generous with samples, the actual palmiers was disappointing. The texture is too tough and lack the delicate crunch, and the palmiers are more sugary than flavourful. They are unique, but not enough to warrant the 2-3 times price hike over othe reputable bakeries. Price per person: $350–400 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
