對今次喺曲奇四重奏旺角店嘅購物體驗感到失望。店員態度比較惡劣，回答問題時明顯表現得不耐煩，語氣亦令人感到不舒服。作為顧客，只係正常詢問產品相關問題，但得到嘅回應並不友善，令整個購物體驗大打折扣。希望店舖可以加強員工嘅服務態度及顧客服務培訓。產品質素固然重要，但前線員工嘅態度同樣會直接影響顧客對品牌嘅印象。 Disappointed with my experience at the Cookies Quartet Mong Kok store. The staff member was unfriendly and noticeably impatient when responding to my questions, and the overall attitude made me feel uncomfortable. I was simply asking normal questions about the products, but the response I received was not welcoming or professional, which negatively affected the overall shopping experience. I hope the store can improve its customer service and provide better training for frontline staff. Product quality is important, but the attitude of staff also has a significant impact on customers’ impression of the brand. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Other
