ロケーションは駅近で抜群です。ウォシュレットも完備され快適に過ごせました。建物は古めで若干壁が薄いかな。

I represent a group of 50+ people, some with special needs, staying at Cosmos Hotel Taipei from 1 Dec to 4 Dec. Claire, the Sales Manager, has been extremey patient with our communications, catering to the needs of our special needs from the start. Shane, the Front Desk Officer, shown great empathy and understanding towards our group the moment we arrived and until we left. We weren't only impressed by their service standard, the families enjoyed the variety offered at the buffet breakfast too! And of course, the convenience of the hotel is excellent - right by the Main Station exit, and it leads to various places via the underground walkways / malls. The group is truly appreciative and grateful for what they have done / offered our group to make our already amazing trip even better! Service: 5
