Great little place i stumbled upon.. the lady showed me the afternoon teaset... very good value at hkd69.. A starter...a main.... a drink. Great taste as well as the value.. will go again and to try the a la carte menu. Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Cosy is a Hong Kong–style Vietnamese restaurant that offers quick walk-in seating with no wait. However, diners should note that water and napkins are not provided, which may feel unusual. The teatime special menu features very small portions—almost child-sized. The pho, while served with a flavorful broth, arrives without the customary separate plate of bean sprouts or mint, which diminishes the traditional experience. On the brighter side, the chicken wings and spring rolls are excellent: hot, crispy, and full of flavor, easily standing out as the highlight of the meal.
