I’m lactose intolerant. Drink options don’t seem very accommodating to different milk / shot preferences. I tried changing dairy milk to oat milk but was told this was not possible for several drink options. I finally settled an already available oat milk option and then was told I couldn’t add an extra shot to the single shot drink. I ended up not ordering because it was taking too long to decide given the limitations imposed. Oh well! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Cotti Coffee is just opened up on the Ground floor of the Dragon Centre on Des Voeux Road in Sheung Wan. This is a grab-n-go style place. Menu includes a range of coffees and non-coffee drinks which are a bit cheaper than most artisan coffee shops in the area. I stopped by and tried their iced mocha recently, finding it very chocolatey and sweet with very little espresso taste, similar to what is served up at our local Pacific Coffee franchises, a decent dessert style coffee drink, good enough on hot summer days.
