Drinks are actually good, happy hour all day (at least in rainy season) very much worth it. Only ate an omelette and it was delicious but have come twice just for the drinks. Vibe is great and view is breathtaking. Servers do be chilling more than trying to serve but it is quite refreshing to not be tried to be sold to all the time. We went twice to Cotton Bar & Restaurant (. This time, we were only there for cocktails, not for food, although you can have food as well, but we can’t comment on that. The cocktails have a happy hour, and they are 100 Baht per drink, while the premium cocktails are 180 Baht. For the price, they are really good. The place looks great, nicely decorated, spread over two floors—almost like a rooftop venue. You can sit really comfortably there and even play billiards, for example. It’s a nice spot for cocktails. We can’t really say more, except that the staff are attentive, at least almost all of them. There was one younger waitress who didn’t seem to want to work, but overall, it was really good. Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Other Price per person: ฿1–200
