We ordered a 3 tiered Pandan cake from Cotton Chiffon for my dad’s 70th birthday celebration, and it exceeded all our expectations. The cake was absolutely delicious light, incredibly moist, soft, and not overly sweet. Everyone in the family commented on how fresh it tasted, and even the children went back for second helpings. It’s rare to find a cake that’s both beautiful and genuinely enjoyable to eat, but Cotton Chiffon delivered on both. What impressed me just as much was the wonderful customer service. I had to change my delivery date more than once due to unforeseen circumstances, and the team was so patient, understanding, and accommodating throughout the process. Their kindness really helped take the stress out of organising such an important family celebration. Thank you, Cotton Chiffon, for being part of such a meaningful milestone for our family. We couldn’t have asked for a better cake or better service. We’ll definitely be back and will happily recommend you to our family and friends! I ordered online after tasting their cakes at a friend's party. There was an issue with my order through no one's fault but the service provided by Cotton Chiffon was amazing and more than made up for any shortcomings. Will definitely order again!! Well done, Audrey. Kudos to you. Food: 5 Service: 5
