Visited at the beginning of march, we had no choice but to take the cabin instead of the room which was cheaper and available on Agoda The pool is very nice and the hotel is very well decorated. But there were a family of cockroach living in our bungalow, we saw at least 6 and there were enormous. Even one climb my leg while I was seating this was disgusting Service: 4

Had a bad experience. When i arrived there was no one in reception and the place seemed abandoned. Later when i called it took them more than 3 hours to check in me and although they said they were cleaning the room i found lot of hair on the floor. The electric sockets were not good and i had a hard time charging my phone. There was also a rat running around on the roof and it woke me up at night. No shampoo or body wash toothpaste toothbrush provided and the towels dont dry the body properly. The place seems in great need of maintenance and repairs. Service: 1
