Beware of excessive upselling... The staff refered the Tomahawk steak as a 牛扒, which I've mistakenly took as a normal steak, when the steak came I realized I've ordered too much for 1 lady, 1 senior and 1 child. (not to mentioned I also ordered a burger and a pasta) I didn't like the service because the staff upsell to the extent that they didn't clearly communicate the dish to the customer. She kept saying it is highly recommended, without mentioning the portion size, etc.. The hospitality is just not present, I felt very rushed and felt like the staff was there just to sell you more food than you can eat. I mean generally, waiters would recommend the right portion for your party. It's just not the case here, so please beware. I ended up packing up half of Tomahawk, and a pasta. I mean.. come on, how is a medium rare Tomahawk going to taste good after reheating at home? I was very annoyed. With the food, the Tomahawk was cooked to perfection, but the side tomato for reason was ice cold. It was obvious it was made in advance. The sides that came with the Tomahawk might only be enough for 1/2 a person. The salad that came with it for example couldn't fill out half a plate ( It was served in a small tin cup, and there was only one tin cup). The entire thing was just very dispositioned. Let me remind you that the Tomahawk is supposed to be shared, the sides doesn't reflect that. For the price of the Tomahawk, I expected more. Honestly, with the options available at the mall, I wouldn't come back again. Not for the service, nor the food. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: HK$500+ Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
