比較的高級なお店なのに、お茶のお湯がなくなっても何度か声をかけないと来てもらえませんでした。フードは美味しくお茶は普通でした。

Food and desserts amazing; also have lunch & afternoon tea set menus; sitting area is not small but feels very noisy when more than 4-5 tables; a bit curious.. Service is impeccable. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Was a big fan but i am afraid we won’t be returning. The new store is simply too cramped to enjoy a meal. Your previous location had spacious round tables that made dining comfortable and worry-free. Now, being squeezed into these tiny tables for two along the walls feels so stressful. We requested to sit at the round table but the waiter said it is being booked. But the round table remained empty when we checked our bill. This happened twice so we decided not to return anymore. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
