After days of noodles, pad thai (which we love, don’t get me wrong), we needed a break and somehow ended up having a full-blown steak epiphany in Thailand. This Thai-owned cowboy steakhouse didn’t just deliver, it reset the standard. I ordered the pepper sauce beef steak, and I swear the knife didn’t cut it it just slid through like it had been given permission. Tender doesn’t even begin to cover it. This thing was so perfectly cooked it felt intentional, like every bite had been planned in advance to humble every other steak I’ve ever had. There we were, in Thailand, taking a “break” from Thai food only to be reminded why steak exists in the first place. Unexpected. Necessary. Absolutely unforgettable. 10/10, would gladly abandon pad thai again for this. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
