It’s a nice coffee shop in Tai Wai, great place to get some food and catch up with friends or get some work done. They have a large selection of food to choose from, and also a large selection of drinks from coffee to smoothies. Excellent cafe latté. A local cycling store recommended this place for coffee. I ordered Lunch Set B, chicken and basil pesto penne with tomato soup entree plus a latte. Total price HK$129, quite reasonable. Soup was good and not too hot, pasta was quite nice but the latte was a knockout. Relaxed and casual atmosphere. Recommended. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100–150 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Don’t go here for work. Hidden rules and unreasonable requests for you to place orders again and again. To be fair, Cozy Coffee has a well-designed exterior, but its interior was disappointing - I’m not referring to the actual bricks and mortar but the staff service. Don’t mistake this cafe as a work-friendly one. It could be cozy for couples chitchatting for an hour, but not for someone hoping to get work done. Was asked to leave despite ordering a glass of coffee 5 minutes ago simply because my friend’s “90-minute time limit” has expired. Key: it was non-peak hours and the cafe was not even half full. What’s made it more ridiculous is the truth that my friend had actually ordered two dishes an hour and half ago. If your “time limit” is really so strictly implemented, shouldn’t she be entitled to the rights to enjoy 180-minute of annoyance-free experience at your cafe? However, this was not the case, and while the staff offered to refund me for my un-sipped coffee (thank YOU!), this place will forever be blacklisted in our opinion. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
