NOT BLACK FACE, NOT UNFRIENDLY Just to clarify, the staff wasn't unhappy or had a bad attitude. It was just him being in man mode. Imagine serving a near to empty cafe on a Saturday night all by yourself Gelato wasn't bad, just the usual bought from supplier stuff. Although I wouldn't recommend the dark chocolate flavour. Ambience was fine, probably could be better if there was some music. Otherwise it's a typical do some renovation and start operations place Meal type: Other Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

For a place that was very quiet at the time of our visit, I was hoping for a warmer and more attentive experience. I visited with my family and we were the only customers, yet the staff member appeared more focused on his phone and did not greet us or acknowledge our arrival. Even a simple welcome or thank you would have made a difference. There were also a few basic service gaps — no serviettes available, and no visible sink or water for customers. These may seem like small things, but they go a long way in shaping the overall experience. Well-loved parlours like Island Creamery and Udders do this well by paying attention to service and small gestures. I ordered the Bubblegum Cotton Candy, Hazelnut Rocher, and Lemon Tart flavour. The Lemon Tart tasted like candlewax to me, though I understand that flavour preferences can be subjective, so I won’t judge on that. I hope the owners take this feedback in the spirit of improvement, as better service and attention to detail could really elevate the experience. I'm absolutely obsessed with Cream in a Cup! Their waffles are crispy perfection, the lava cake is rich and decadent, but the real star of the show is their incredible Butterfly Pea Rice - it's a flavor sensation like no other! The vibrant purple color and subtle flavor of the pea infusion add a whole new level of excitement to every bite and their sambal is really my favourite. Will always be there for meeting with my friends.
