Horrible and extremely dangerous! While we were sitting together waiting for our food, the restaurant's large Wi-Fi router fell directly onto my friend's head with a heavy impact. It was incredibly painful for them. What makes it worse is the restaurant's careless management—both the staff and the OWNER did nothing but offer a half-hearted apology and casually said, 'If you go to the hospital, just bring us the receipt for a refund.' That was it! They didn't even bother to ask for my friend's phone number to follow up or show any genuine concern. Where is the basic safety standard for customers? What if they had suffered a concussion? The level of service and responsibility here is utterly pathetic. If you're planning to visit this place, watch out for objects falling on your head!

We completely understand how frightening and upsetting it must have been for both you and your friend. Looking back, we also recognize that we could have handled the situation better. Creamery Boutique Ice Creams in Samyan is a sweet spot I keep returning to. The shop is small, cozy, and smells like warm cookies. Their ice cream is rich and smooth, with many flavors to pick from. Classic picks like vanilla and chocolate are great, and the fun flavors change often, so there is always something new. The famous lava cookie with a scoop on top is a must-try—crispy edges, soft center, and melty ice cream on top. Portions are fair and the price feels right for the quality. The menu is quite wide for a small place: sundaes, milkshakes, cookie sets, and drinks. Staff are friendly and patient, and they let you taste before you choose. The shop has been open for a long time, and it shows in the steady quality and the happy regulars. Seating is limited, so it can get busy in the evening. If you drive, there is paid parking nearby at Samyan Mitrtown and other lots; it is easy to walk from there. Overall, this is a lovely place for a simple treat or a date. I highly recommend it for anyone who loves good ice cream and warm cookies. Worth repeat visits.
