Great oasis in the busy TST, awesome value for money, nothing fancy but solid breakfast options. This should be a standard what a cafe should be, I'd be here everyday if I can. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–50

Crema Coffee is a decent place for breakfast, though it can improve. First, having the AC full blown on a cold rainy day is not logical. Second, their definition of large for a glass of orange juice is widely different from what you encounter elsewhere. Overall, it's just average.
