Place was totally under expectation, proper seating places are limited and very narrow service space between guests therefore staff can hardly move Music was not too good as a jazz club. It did not have the feeling of a jazz club more than a cheap club. Singer was mumbling, not singing could not even identify one word of what he say The band was playing loud music overtaking the singer mumbling voice reach a point of annoying Please does not have any food and they are offering complimentary snacks which is salty and tasteless It is an overpriced place to order a bottle of wine the cheapest is almost $100 Rest of cocktails, not innovative hardly to choose Place too dark and The high school totally uncomfortable And then it was a total disappointment Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian options: None Dietary restrictions: Not applicable

AVOID THIS PLACE - Scam-like Experience Even for Locals. Not a bad place but very bad staff and service. I’ve lived in Bangkok for a long time, and I have never experienced such blatant disrespect and poor management as I did at Crimson Room. We were told to join a walk-in waitlist and went elsewhere for 30 minutes (which is completely fine). The staff then called us, claiming we were "next" and should come wait at the bar. Once we arrived, they pressured us into ordering drinks, so we ordered a bottle of wine and several drinks while standing. Here is where it gets deceptive: - After standing for 20+ minutes, a table finally opened up, only for the staff to give it to someone else, claiming there were "two groups ahead of us." Why call us to the bar and force a drink order if we weren't actually next? - We were then told another table was "paying their bill," but after another 20 minutes of standing, nobody left. - The staff was dismissive, rude, and showed zero accountability for the misinformation they gave us. It felt like a calculated move to force us to buy pricey drinks under the guise of a seating "guarantee" that didn't exist. We ended up leaving after almost hour of standing because it was clear they had no intention of seating us. If you value your time and your money, stay away. There are plenty of high-end bars in the city that actually treat their guests (and locals) with basic professional courtesy. This place is a scam in the middle of town. Service: 1
