Dear Valued Guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for your continued support whenever you visit Thailand.We are truly sorry to hear that your recent visit did not meet your expectations, especially as we understand that you have enjoyed dining with us on previous occasions.After reviewing your comments and the details of your orders, we would like to clarify that the steaks shown in your two photos were different menu items and promotions.In April, you ordered our 75 Days Prime Rib 500g Set, served with 2 side dishes, priced at 1,313 Baht++.During your recent visit in June, you ordered our 45 Days Dry-Aged Value Set Porterhouse 400g, served with 1 side dish, priced at 839 Baht++.As these are different cuts of beef, different aging processes, different weights, and different promotional sets, the appearance, portion size, and texture of the meat will naturally differ. The Prime Rib is generally known for its rich marbling and tenderness, while the Porterhouse offers a different texture and eating experience due to its cut and dry-aging characteristics.Regarding the rice order, we apologize if there was any delay or oversight during service.Regarding your comment about our staff using a mobile phone, we reviewed the CCTV footage and confirmed that the individual was the restaurant manager handling work-related operational matters at the time. We also confirmed that service staff were assigned to your table and available to assist throughout your visit. However, we understand how this may have appeared from a guest's perspective, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.We sincerely regret that your overall experience left you feeling disappointed.
