Nice Chinese fusion restaurant with a lot of Western influence in the dishes. I really enjoyed the cold noodles, fish maw, and the toothfish. The highlight for me was the chef. She was friendly and explained the ingredients clearly, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Love the food. Every dish is a work of art, beautifully presented and meticulously crafted. Here are the highlights from our meal: The Signature Fish Maw Soup: Slow-cooked in a rich, deeply savory chicken broth. It was absolutely sublime and comforting—comfortably the star of the night. The Seafood & Meats: The lobster was incredibly fresh and sweet, while the foie gras was generously portioned and seared to perfection. The beef steak was another standout, paired with an innovative sauce infused with Chinese five-spice (pa-lo) that offered a wonderfully unique and savory twist. Abalone & Rice: The abalone was impressively large with a perfect, wonderfully chewy (chewy/nubb-nub) texture, making the dish incredibly satisfying. Securing a reservation here is notoriously difficult, and the waiting list is long, but it is worth every single day of the wait.
