子供の誕生日の為に席を予約をして、誕生日ケーキは当日同じレストラングループのbutterでオーダーしてレストランにデリバリーしてもらうようにしておきました。しかしスタッフ達の誕生日の歌とともに出てきたのは店からのサービスの小さいシャーベット。持ってきた後に一人のスタッフに耳うちすると何も確認出来ていない様子。その後暫く待った後また歌と共に出てきたのはオーダーしておいたケーキ、しかしもう子供へのサプライズには当然ならなかった。しかもコロナの中10時閉店というころで閉店ムードの中。 あのオーダーしておいたケーキはいったいなんだと思っていたのだろう。せっかくbutterから特別にオーダーしたのにガッカリしました。勢いだけはある店ですがスタッフの連携は取れていないようです。

What a disappointing dining experience that completely ruined our weekend! We were thrilled to see the return of the black series and decided to try Crown Super Deluxe for a teppanyaki lunch. We've always been loyal fans of every Black Sheep restaurant, but this time it turned into a nightmare. To begin with, we were initially seated in the middle at the teppanyaki bar. However, the server, Sony, kept insisting that we move to the edge, even though we were the first group to arrive. When we asked Sony for the reason, she mentioned that there would be other customers joining us. However, in the end, another group of 2 + 2 arrived, and it wouldn't have affected the seating arrangement if we had remained in the middle, as there were enough seats on the side. I must mention that Sony's attitude wasn't sincere, and she seemed annoyed when responding to us. To make matters worse, we sat there for 30 minutes without anyone asking us for drink orders. Our water glasses remained empty the whole time, even after we asked three different staff members, including the server, chef, and receptionist. We had to remind them three times that we were ready for our food. It's worth noting that they kept assuming we were waiting for a friend, even though we had already mentioned twice that our friend wasn't coming. But even if we were waiting for someone else, we should still deserve a glass of water at the very least, right? The food was just alright, but it didn't live up to the standard we expected, especially considering it was during the black series promotion. When we asked the chef in the middle if we could have more fried garlic, he bluntly rejected our request, saying it wasn't possible. We didn't mind paying extra for it, but it was shocking to receive a "no" from a high-end hospitality restaurant group, especially when we could clearly see there was plenty of garlic available on the plate. All in all, if you decide to dine at this restaurant, especially during the black series period, please be prepared for the worst. I have to admit that the service level, which has always been something I appreciated from the Black Sheep Group, has drastically dropped. It feels like paying the price of a 5-star hotel but receiving the quality of a 3-star hotel. Good luck with your business, but I can assure you that neither my friends nor I will be visiting again.
