I guess you have to ask specifically if you're going to get what you actually ordered. Because they'll substitute anything they want, and just stick a tiny sign in their window and never draw any attention to it. Didn't get what I ordered, Got something I didn't order... It's in the trash now...

I’m planning to try everything on the menu and give an individual review for everything. 1. Hungry Sailor: this is just a wad of the pan cooked, bulk dining facility bacon with a sausage patty, a fried egg, and a slice of American cheese on a hamburger bun. The biggest issue was that this sandwich was apparently assembled hours ago and placed under a heating lamp. It was fine I guess? Very salty. The more I think about it the less I like it but it was edible. The bacon’s formed a chewy mass which was unpleasant and it mostly tasted like salt and grease. I probably won’t get it again. The trouble is that it would have been SO much better if they had made it fresh with a bagel and a bit of tomato and onion. 2.5/5 2. Deck Plate: just eggs, sausage, and French toast. The eggs are the worst item here, I’m not sure where you buy completely flavorless eggs but they’ve done it. The French Toast really just seems to have the appearance down, texture wise it’s a gelatinous, spongy mass that doesn’t taste like much. The sausage is actually decent, but I can tell it’s the same sausage from the Hungry Sailor- it’s definitely where the saltiness came from in that though. I believe the intended way to eat this is just to douse everything in the included syrup condiment and call it a day, but that sounds disgusting. The egg was better in the hungry sailor, so I’m going to give this a 1.5/5 3. Piggin Out: bacon, sausage, pulled pork with hash browns or rice and scrambled or fried eggs. The sausage, bacon, and egg are repeats here. I think the star is probably the hash browns, they were standard. The pulled pork I was most excited for, but was consequently very disappointed by. There was simply no flavor. It tasted as though someone boiled fatty pork with no seasoning and then browned the outside in a pan. It’s doused in a very sugary Baby-Ray’s analogue bbq sauce, so then it JUST tastes like bbq sauce- so what was the point of the pork? I think I might be overly upset about the pork, but I’ll give it a 2/5. And that’s it, unless someone requests I review the coffee or something. I was disappointed to hear that they have apparently discontinued the Fat Hillbilly Sandwich, as that sounded pretty good. They have a lunch menu, but if I think if I was in the area for lunch I would likely end up at Coaska. Reflecting on my experience, I think I expected more. It doesn’t seem like it would have been so hard for them to make marginal improvements that would have gone a very long way. I probably won’t eat here again unless I absolutely forget to bring both my lunch and breakfast- which I suspect is their target market. Ordered BBQ wings. The sauce had no flavor and the actual chicken tasted unpleasant with texture like rubber. Their coleslaw was also very bitter and without any strong flavor. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ¥1–1,000
