Cute little bakery hidden in Ari Soi 1 in collaboration with Alto Coffee Roasters. Came for the shio pan, but the Osaka cream puffs stole the show. Really crispy shell with cool, creamy filling inside. Definitely get the 6-piece mixed puff combo set for 140 THB—it’s such a great deal compared to buying them individually, and you get two of each flavor (vanilla, chocolate, matcha). The Shio Bagel is super chewy as well. Highly recommend adding a cream cheese spread, especially Apple Crumble or Bacon & Spring Onion when the bagel is freshly warmed up. They also have a Butter Tteok recently—looks like a madeleine but has chewy rice cake inside, very unique texture. Coffee uses Alto beans. The Honeycomb Coffee is popular and comes with caramel honeycomb pieces on top, though it's on the sweeter side. If it's hot out, the Coconut Americano or Orange Americano (around 90 THB) are much more refreshing. They also have Uji Pure Matcha for just 65 THB, which is super cheap for the Ari area. Overall super affordable, most bakes are under 150 THB and drinks are under 100 THB. Just a few minutes walk from BTS Ari, open 7am to 6pm. Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
