Delicious boulangèrie in Jeongju operated by owner and baker Injeong. The assortment of freshly baked items has something to temp every palette from savoury to sweet. Crust's sourdough, pocachia and pastries are made using French CRC-certified eco-friendly Poriche Foricher flour and organic flour. Pastries use French Aop certified butter. The cheeseburger pie was my favourite- tasted just like a cheese burger with a nice flakey crust. There are hot and cold coffee drinks along with assorted fruit flavoured iced drinks. Ambience is bright and relaxing. Perfect place relax on a lazy day.
