I stayed one month in Holiday Inn & Suites during my business trip. I grabbed my morning coffee and butter croissant almost every morning and enjoyed my evening dessert. The Staff (Benz and Dew) were incredibly kind,welcoming and attentive.

As an American, this may be the best holiday inn I’ve ever been to. The service is exceptional, atmosphere is stunning, the food and drink are delicious. I would be remised if I did not mention the service provided by the consummate professional, Dew. Dew was attentive to our needs and handled everything we asked for with care. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿600–800 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had breakfast at CU Lounge and Bar at the Holiday Inn Rayong and it was a great way to start the day. It’s a really lovely spot in the hotel lobby, calm, comfortable and a nice place to relax with a coffee and something to eat. The iced latte here is honestly the best we’ve had anywhere in the world. It was perfectly balanced, strong but smooth and incredibly refreshing. Huge credit to Dew, who made it for us. She was super friendly and helpful and clearly takes pride in what she does. We also tried the fruit danishes, which were generously filled and very fresh. A simple but delicious option if you’re after a light breakfast or snack. Must have: The iced latte. It’s seriously next level. Would absolutely come back next time we’re in Rayong. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ฿100–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
