An absolutely shocking and horrendous experience at this establishment which is supposed to be one of the well known pioneers in Singapore. Went down on 16 May at about 10.20pm. The male staff (age about 30-40s, plump, wearing a brown and white striped shirt) was obnoxious, unpleasant and rude towards us, and took things from our table without even a heads up. Regardless of the rules of the establishment, it is basic courtesy to inform people before you touch their personal belongings. When confronted, he was aggressive and hostile and did not address the issue at all, being very dismissive towards our concerns. The receipt listed his name as Gustus (cannot confirm if it was him) but if you're the boss, shame on you, and to whoever hired this staff, you need to relook your staff training/standard operating procedures, and think hard whether you should be hiring such people to represent your company.

Had a really unpleasant experience at Cue Guru due to the attitude of one male staff member. From the moment we walked in, he was rude and unwelcoming. When speaking to us, he had a clear attitude and sounded annoyed for no reason. At one point, I politely said “sorry” because I didn’t catch the last part of what he said, and he responded by sighing loudly, which was extremely disrespectful and unnecessary. There was no professionalism at all, and it made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Customer service like this completely ruins the experience. Definitely not somewhere I’d recommend if you expect basic courtesy and respect. Take your frustration elsewhere, customers aren’t paid to deal with your misery.
