クリスマスディナーでシーフードビュッフェに行きました。コロナの影響か、客も料理も少な目。蟹がお目当てでしたが、タラバは出汁がらを噛むようで最悪、ズアイは何とか食べられるレベル。マグロとハマチの刺し身は合格。やはり、バンコクでシーフードを目的にするには無理があるので、豚牛肉系に焦点を変更。2,000バーツほどのビュッフェでしたが、雰囲気以外、損した気分でした。こりゃあローカルのシーフードブッフェの方が、安くて旨いなぁ

I went there in early August 2026 for their monthly premium brunch buffet and unfortunately came away quite disappointed. For the price and the way the brunch was advertised, I expected a much more premium experience. The food overall was average at best. They advertised unlimited caviar and bluefin fatty tuna, but in reality, the caviar was served in very small portions on pre-made mini pancakes, and only yellowfin tuna was available during my visit. The only ingredient that truly felt premium was the A5 Saga beef, but this was limited to just one order per person, and even that was not particularly impressive. Most of the other dishes were fairly standard and comparable to what you could find at a regular hotel buffet for around half the price. Overall, the experience did not live up to the advertising or justify the premium price. Based on my visit, I would recommend spending your money elsewhere. I won’t be returning anytime soon. We do really enjoyed our visit in Cuisine Unplugged, the foods are sublime, the stuff are very kind, very fast response and even our son 1,5 years old love so much to see them , if you have chance , the chef will also say hello to you. We will come and visit Cuisine Unplugged when we visit Bangkok. Overall 5 stars they do deserve it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ฿600–800
