I went in early morning today and had the worst service. Apparently you can only use the kiosk to order coffee. I tried but there was an issue. I had the kiosk show in English but other added options were in korean. I asked for help just to order a hot Americano and pastry. She would not help or take my order! Says I have to use the kiosk only but would not come around to even look at it. I was beffudled and just left. I swear korean service is garbage.
