Normal bakery appearance - I bought Madeleine and canelé from a store in Sai Kung a year ago. At that time, I thought they were both crispy on the outside and had a good texture on the inside. However, I have been to Wong Tai Sin shop twice recently to buy canelé and they both felt bad. The outside was not as crispy as the inside. Both are too wet and disappointing; - The original pudding buns are surprising, the buns are a little crispy when not heated, and the pudding is just like vanilla pudding buns; - Generally speaking, it might be better to eat normal Hong Kong-style bread.
