The first impression was, good nice ambiente, the food pictures look good etc. Then the food came and everything changed. Burger was way different then on picture, bland boring bun, couldve been toasted or warmed. Cheap iceberg salad, different then from the picture and mid meat, together a bland experience. Fries were awful. When i tried to upgrade the taste with some ketchup, there were some dead ants or flies in there- not very appetizing. It was like a McDonald's burger, but i expected the angus beef with an good bun. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿200–400

Outstanding food, great atmosphere and friendly staff Bananas Koh Chang is an absolute highlight. The combination of excellent German and Thai cuisine, plus outstanding sushi, makes this place truly special. My personal favorite from the German menu so far is the pork roast with dumplings and red cabbage – perfectly prepared, full of flavor, and just like you’d expect from a great German kitchen. Not only is the food excellent, but the staff are very friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel comfortable and enjoy spending time. Definitely one of my favorite spots on Koh Chang. Highly recommended! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
