My group had specific type of vegetarian diet request and the staff was unable to understand the specific dietary code used in Thailand despite multiple attempts, but they just said okay. Ended up that the dishes were unsuitable for them. The manager then told us the dishes can be refunded but at the staff’s cost. We found the guilt-trip unacceptable and just paid for our meal ourselves despite the miscommunication. It was not an enjoyable visit. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
