What a lovely little cafe. Went 2 days in a row! The food took a little while, as only one person, but was well worth the wait. It’s a very quiet cafe with some almost old style lofi, jazz music playing the whole time. The owner was the only one there, but she was so lovely and did her absolute best to accommodate us even though we had a language barrier. If you do not speak even a little Japanese, I would question why you are in Nagato as is in the middle of nowhere, but if you do, again even just a little, I highly recommend going to DANDELION cafe. Absolutely lovely coffee, food and hot chocolate. Especially in this rainy season of June. Only small problem was the menu was in full Japanese with no English menu, but a bit of using the camera on Google Translate sorted that problem. And lastly, after asking where we were from, she said that in the big 2026, we were the first Englishmen she had ever seen! Highly recommend! Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
